Minerals and the skin
Skin cannot manufacture its own minerals. Magnesium, zinc, calcium, silicon and copper all arrive from outside, and they govern the processes that keep skin working: cellular energy, barrier repair, enzyme activity, pH balance. Those reserves fall with age, stress and sun exposure. Rémy Laure formulates to put them back, at concentrations high enough to act rather than simply appear on a label.

Marine DNA
Marine DNA is a high molecular weight polymer drawn from marine sources. On the skin it behaves as a water-binding film, holding moisture at the surface while supporting the cellular repair processes that slow with age. Paired with soluble collagen and botanical actives, it forms the basis of the D.N.A. line, developed for skin that has lost density and needs both moisture and structure.

Moortherapy
Moor is peat formed over thousands of years, as generation after generation of plants decomposed underwater without oxygen. What remains is a dense organic matter carrying humic and fulvic acids, plant hormones, vitamins and trace elements in a form the skin can take up. European spa medicine has used moor baths for centuries. Rémy Laure brought that practice into cosmetic form in 1971, and moor has anchored the range ever since.
